Purpose in Action

I believe there is a rainbow after every storm — and that even in our hardest seasons, there is still hope for what comes next.

The work closest to my heart is about helping people remember that they matter. That they deserve love that feels like love. That they deserve happiness, peace, safety and the freedom to be fully themselves.

Whether that means helping someone recognize when a relationship has become hurtful, encouraging someone to reclaim themselves after a difficult season, or reminding people that joy is still possible after life has knocked them down, I want this work to offer hope — and the belief that something beautiful can still be ahead.

Recognize • Reclaim • Rise

Love doesn't hurt.
You matter.
And you don't have to suffer in silence.

Recognize to Rise was created for people who may know that something in their relationship doesn't feel right, but may not see themselves in the traditional language around domestic violence or abuse. Sometimes what is happening can be difficult to name — especially when love, history, family, hope and years of your life are wrapped up in the relationship.

This work is deeply personal to me. Recognize to Rise was inspired by the loss of my lifelong best friend, Angela Jones, to domestic violence. Losing Angie opened my eyes to how someone can be struggling in plain sight without necessarily seeing themselves as a victim or recognizing that they need help.

My hope is to help people recognize harmful patterns sooner, connect with support, and remember something I believe with my whole heart: you matter. You deserve to feel safe. You deserve to be loved well. And another life is possible.

Through education, storytelling, community outreach and connection to resources, Recognize to Rise is about helping people recognize what is happening, reclaim themselves and begin to rise.

A larger conversation about how we rise

Not every hard season looks the same. Loss, heartbreak, divorce, disappointment and unexpected change can all leave us wondering who we are now — and what comes next.

For me, rising is about finding our way back to ourselves. It's about remembering that joy is still possible, giving ourselves permission to begin again, and believing there can still be something beautiful ahead.

Joy Anyway

Because joy does not require a perfect life.

Joy Anyway is an emerging community built around a simple idea: we do not have to wait for everything in life to be perfect before allowing ourselves to experience joy.

It will be a space for conversation, encouragement and simple practices that help us create moments of peace, gratitude, laughter and possibility — right in the middle of real life.

Glow Up Accelerator

Reclaim. Rebuild. Rise.

Glow Up Accelerator is being created for the season after the storm — when you are ready to reconnect with yourself, rebuild intentionally and begin creating what comes next.

Through mindset, supportive daily practices and meaningful action, the program will focus on the inner work we do to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, joy and purpose.

The thread through all of this work is the same: helping people see possibility again.

Sometimes that means helping someone recognize what they deserve. Sometimes it means reclaiming a part of themselves they thought they had lost. And sometimes it means simply giving themselves permission to imagine that life can still become something beautiful.
